Delivery areas
We ship to Canada, the United States, and Europe.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout, based on the customer's location and the weight of the order.
Free shipping is also calculated automatically based on the customer's location. In Canada, shipping is free on orders over $75 CAD.
Order processing time
Each order is processed and shipped within 48 to 72 hours of receipt.
Delivery time
Delivery time varies depending on the carrier used and the destination of the order. An estimated time will be shown at checkout.
Order tracking
As soon as your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you by email so you can track the delivery of your package.
Customs, duties, and international fees
For orders delivered to the United States and Europe, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply according to the regulations of the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping fees paid at checkout.
Accuracy of delivery address
The customer is responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address. Anges & Dragon cannot be held responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
Damaged, lost, or not received package
If your package arrives damaged, appears to be lost, or has not been received within the expected timeframe, contact us at angesetdragon@hotmail.com with your order number. We will work with the carrier to find a solution.
Order modification and cancellation
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
Delays beyond our control
Anges & Dragon cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by events beyond our control (weather conditions, strikes, customs delays, or other unforeseen circumstances affecting carriers).
